A-12 Avenger II

A high-performance, single-engine, twin-seat reconnaissance aircraft designed and built by Lockheed for the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). It was designed to be faster than any other aircraft of its time and was used for reconnaissance over the Soviet Union during the Cold War.
