Gzhatsk-Warsaw Offensive

A Soviet offensive operation during World War II, launched in January 1945, aimed at liberating the city of Warsaw and surrounding areas from German occupation. It was part of the larger Vistula-Oder Offensive and involved heavy fighting and significant casualties on both sides.
